1. Refunds Policy:


We do not offer refunds for our services. However, we are committed to addressing any concerns or issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

2. Payment Policy:
   - We accept all forms of payment for our services.
   - A $50 cancellation fee will be applied if the customer fails to contact us within 24 hours prior to the scheduled service.

3. Health and Safety Policy:
   - For the health and safety of our team members, we reserve the right to refuse service if a property is found to have rodents or pests present.

4.  Service Refusal Policy:
   - We reserve the right to refuse service at will without providing a reason.

5. Deposit Policy:
   - For service charges exceeding $400, a deposit of up to 50% may be requested from the customer to aid in the preparation of the service.

6. Confidentiality:
   - We respect the privacy and confidentiality of our clients and their properties. Our employees are required to uphold strict confidentiality standards and protect sensitive information obtained during the course of their duties.

7. Ethical Conduct:
   - We conduct our business with honesty, integrity, and ethical behavior at all times. We adhere to legal and regulatory requirements, avoid conflicts of interest, and uphold the highest standards of professional conduct in all interactions with clients, employees, and stakeholders.

8. Continuous Improvement:

9. Photography and Video Policy:
   - We reserve the right to take and post photos and videos of our work using before and after footage to showcase the quality of our services. However, we will respect the privacy of our clients by never including any identifying information in our footage, such as photos, displayed names, addresses, etc.

10. Customer Satisfaction Guarantee:
    - If a customer is not fully satisfied with the results of our cleaning service, we will gladly return to the premises to address any areas of concern. Our team will work diligently to rectify the situation and ensure that the customer's expectations are met or exceeded.

11. Communication Policy:
